Gillian Rader

Gillian Rader, NBC-HWC, is a seasoned professional in coaching operations with extensive experience in health and wellness management. Currently serving as Director of Coaching Operations at Headspace since November 2021, Gillian previously held roles at Ginger, including Senior Manager of Coaching Operations and Behavioral Health Coach. At Dr. Louis Granirer, significant contributions included managing a caseload of up to 100 patients and enhancing protocol compliance. Additionally, a background in sales at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition involved managing numerous accounts and utilizing advanced sales techniques. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of San Francisco, along with certifications in Integrative Nutrition and Health Coaching, and has studied International Human Rights at Universite de Syracuse Strasbourg.
