Ingrid Altena

Ingrid Altena is a Clinical Supervisor and Counsellor currently serving as the Clinical Lead at Headspace. With over 20 years of experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, Ingrid has previously held roles such as Team Leader at the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service and Project Manager for the Incredible Years Parent Management Training Project at The Werry Centre. Ingrid has also acted as a National Training Facilitator with Te Kahui Mana Ririki and has worked in various management capacities, including Operations Manager at Life Without Barriers. They hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Work from the University of Canterbury.
