Katie B.

Katie B. is an experienced clinical recruiter and holistic work and life coach with a strong background in talent acquisition and vocational development. Currently employed at Headspace since May 2021, Katie excels in streamlining recruitment operations, contributing to significant hiring achievements, and launching innovative employee referral programs. As a co-chair of the Employee Resource Group, Katie actively promotes employee engagement and facilitates trainings while representing the talent acquisition team at conferences. Previous roles include positions at RAMS, JVS, Huckleberry Youth Programs, and several organizations focused on intercultural education, where Katie developed skills in coaching, career advising, and project coordination.
