Rachel Slick

Rachel Slick, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical social work. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Headspace since March 2022, Rachel evaluates the quality of care delivered by clinicians and identifies training needs to uphold Ginger standards. In addition, Rachel provides telehealth counseling services at SonderMind and previously at UCHealth, focusing on a range of mental health conditions. Rachel’s background includes roles at North Range Behavioral Health, where bilingual services were provided, and involvement in research as a Graduate Student Research Assistant. Educationally, Rachel holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and dual Bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Spanish Language and Culture from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
