Serena Rodriguez

Serena Rodriguez is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Member Growth Manager for Enterprise Marketing at Headspace since August 2022, following a previous role as Member Growth Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Serena contributed to the rapid growth of Compass as an Associate Marketing Manager from December 2018 to August 2022, where efforts were focused on building a robust in-house marketing team during a pivotal expansion phase. Earlier experience includes positions at Beyond Better Foods as a Social Media & Community Manager, and at XO Group Inc. in various roles including Account Executive for The Knot. Serena began a professional journey in strategic communications with Derris and Nologo MgMt while also gaining international experience through an internship at USA Hometown Heroes. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Penn State University and a course completion in Product Marketing from Product Marketing Alliance in 2022.
