Mahmud Ehsan Ahmed

Mahmud Ehsan Ahmed is currently a DevOps Infrastructure Lead at HeadSpin, where they maintain extensive IaaS networks and servers, managing over 500 on-premises and cloud servers. Previously, they served as Manager of IT Infrastructure at Airtel Bangladesh, overseeing operations and ensuring compliance with security norms. With earlier roles as a System Administrator at various Internet Service Providers, Mahmud has developed a robust skill set in network design, security implementation, and infrastructure management. Mahmud holds a Master's degree in Management from National University and has pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications at the University of Information Technology and Sciences, with a thesis pending.
