Saira Butt

Saira Butt's work experience begins in 1997 as a Trainee at IBM Global Services where they received extensive training in IT and IBM's service and product portfolio. Saira then became a Client Manager, responsible for increasing IBM's revenue by 40% over a three-year period through service sales and partnerships with clients such as ABB, Alcatel, and Ericsson. Saira later joined Ericsson as a Consultant for a brief period. In 2001, they became the Marketing Manager at Creuna, overseeing PR activities, marketing plans, and brand development projects. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at Rosenborg Ballklub as the Partner Manager, responsible for sponsor partnerships and business development. Since 2008, they have been with Headspin, initially as a Senior Consultant and Advisor, leading a team and managing a portfolio of high-tech clients. In February 2019, they were promoted to the role of CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) and Advisor.

From 1999 to 2000, Saira attended BI Norwegian Business School's Master of Management program, specifically focusing on the module "Consulting."

Between 1995 and 1997, Saira pursued a four-year study program at BI Norwegian Business School, earning a degree known as Sivilmarkedsfører/Mastergrad in the field of Marketing.

In 1996, Saira was part of an exchange program through BI Norwegian Business School at Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Lyon. During this program, Saira specialized in Internationalization and Marketing as part of a Master's degree.

From 1993 to 1995, Saira enrolled in Trondheim Økonomiske Høyskole, where they obtained a Høgskolekandidat degree in Economics and Administration, as well as a cand. mag. degree in French and Economics.

In 1992, Saira briefly studied Fransk (French) at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

In 1991, Saira attended Université de Perpignan in Perpignan, France, where they earned a Certificat Praqtique de la Langue Francaise (Certificate in Practical French Language).
