Kayleen Scott

Director, Marketing at Headspring

As Director of Marketing, Kayleen is the driver of a multifaceted Marketing strategy that not only creates engagement but generates real value for all members of Headspring’s stakeholder community.

She built the current Marketing function from the ground up, fostering a dynamic and collaborative team by empowering them to succeed. Together, they’ve launched a multi-tiered event strategy, expanded content across new platforms, and supported big wins for both Sales and Service Delivery.

While highly analytical, Kayleen’s a creative at heart (ask her about her hobbies!) For over ten years, she’s poured a true passion for her work into building resonant brands, developing effective activation plans, and leading teams and mentoring others.

In her spare time, she volunteers in the community as a business mentor to a local high school robotics team. Kayleen also touts a degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and holds an MBA from the University of San Diego.
