Alejandro Ferrer Ramos

Alejandro Ferrer Ramos is an experienced executive in the technology and retail sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Retail, Online, and Technology (CIO) for Jo Malone London at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since August 2019. In this role, Alejandro operates as a trusted advisor to the Brand President, overseeing the brand’s retail and technology vision and strategy. Previously, Alejandro was the Vice President of Global Brands Technology, managing multiple brand CIO roles. Alejandro has a significant background at Inditex, where roles included Chief Innovation Officer and Brands General Manager, leading innovation strategies and managing substantial sales growth. Alejandro also served as Chief Telecommunications Officer at both Inditex and Banco Popular, focusing on telecommunications planning and deployment. Educational credentials include a BS in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla and advanced leadership workshops from Harvard Kennedy School and MIT.
