Yejin Hwang

Yejin Hwang is a Master's student in Data Science at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, where they also serve as a Research Assistant focusing on financial time-series forecasting. Previously, Yejin worked as a Researcher at Samsung Medical Center, developing predictive models and data pipelines for clinical studies. Yejin holds a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Seoul National University and has received the SKKU President’s Award for innovation during their undergraduate studies at Sungkyunkwan University. Passionate about machine learning and financial data analytics, Yejin aims to create interpretable AI systems that link social dynamics and economic outcomes.
