Angela Barratt is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources consulting and management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at HeadsTogether since September 2018 and an Associate HR Consultant at DMS Ireland since July 2017, Angela facilitates CIPD workshops across Northern Ireland. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Consultant at Triangle Housing Association and Senior Human Resources Advisor at Belfast City Council, where responsibilities included recruitment management and delivering HR services in a large multi-disciplinary organization. Angela has also served as an HR Business Partner for the Department of Finance & Personnel, developing HR strategies for a division of 900 staff. With comprehensive experience in HR policy development, organizational development, and corporate communications, Angela holds multiple CIPD qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management.
