Headstrong is a brain-first sports nutrition company.

Most sports nutrition brands focus on the body. We start with the brain.

Focus, decision-making, reaction time, recovery, and resilience are all brain functions that determine performance. Yet most supplements ignore them.

Headstrong was founded by scientist Dr. Darren Burke and professional hockey player Evan Nause after recognizing a gap in modern performance nutrition. Athletes train their bodies relentlessly, but the brain, the control center of performance, is often left unsupported.

So we built the products we wanted to use ourselves.

Headstrong develops brain-first performance supplements designed to support cognitive performance, recovery, resilience, and long-term brain health for athletes and high performers.

Every formulation follows three principles:

Evidence-Based Dosages
Every ingredient is included at scientifically supported, efficacious levels. No underdosed formulas. No “pixie dust.”

Certified for Sport
All products are NSF Certified for Sport, ensuring the highest standards for safety, purity, and banned substance testing trusted by professional athletes.

Intelligent Formulation
Headstrong products combine multiple evidence-based ingredients in one integrated formula, allowing athletes to support brain health, cognitive performance, and recovery in a single product.

Our mission is simple:
Help athletes, entrepreneurs, and high performers protect their brain, sustain focus, and perform at their best.

Protect Your Brain. Elevate Your Brain.
