Ritika Bansal has diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Ritika started their career in 2018 as a Web Developer in GS1 India where they gained practical experience in web application development. In 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Shine Projects and INGLU, where they were involved in recruitment processes and leading teams.

From 2021 onwards, Ritika joined Headsup Corporation and held various roles. Ritika started as a Human Resources Recruitment Consultant, handling end-to-end recruitment processes and hiring for mid-level and senior positions in different industries. Ritika then transitioned to an HR Associate role, where they gained experience in IT and non-IT recruitment and utilized platforms like Naukri Portal for job posting, sourcing, and screening profiles. Later, they became an Associate Consultant, responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle for middle and senior-level positions across PAN India. Currently, as a Senior Talent Search Partner at Headsup Corporation, they continue to contribute to achieving personal and team targets while maintaining client coordination.

Ritika Bansal completed their Bachelor of Vocation in Software Development from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University between 2016 and 2019. Ritika later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Navi Mumbai from 2020 to 2022.
