Sumit K.

Sumit K.'s work experience began in 2010 when they co-founded Ad-Wiser. In 2012, they co-founded WYSIWYG Conference, which aimed to provide a platform for thinkers and doers to share ideas. In 2015, Sumit co-founded TISS HRMLR Forum, where they initiated an independent Human Resources and Industrial Relations Club. Sumit also held fieldwork intern positions at Marico Limited and HDFC AMC during the same year. In 2018, Sumit founded Headsup Corporation, focusing on the effective utilization of human resources and targeted marketing campaigns. In 2020, they became an advisor for artMilan and qbicals, providing expertise and guidance. Most recently, in 2021, they founded Nirmaan. Sumit has demonstrated a diverse range of experiences and expertise in the business and startup industry.

Sumit K. completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College Of Business Studies from 2010 to 2013. Sumit then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Management and Labor Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, Sumit attended Sanskriti School from 2004 to 2010, although their degree and field of study from that time are unknown.
