Kylee Evans-O'Reilly began their work experience in 2011 at Respect Group, where they held various roles including Director of Marketing & Customer Service, Director of Client Services, and Senior Operations Manager. In 2024, they joined headversity as the Director of Customer Service.

Kylee Evans-O'Reilly attended the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
