Ben Richards

Ben Richards is the Chief Financial Officer at Headwaters Construction Company, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, they served as CFO at The Foot Care Center from 2011 to 2014, managing finances and operations for a small medical group. Between 2016 and 2021, they worked as a CPA and Tax Accountant at Cooper Norman, specializing in tax planning and compliance. Ben is also experienced in payroll and bookkeeping, having worked as a self-employed accountant while completing their Master’s degree in Accounting at Brigham Young University. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance, also from Brigham Young University.
