Simon Saunders

Simon Saunders is a dedicated farmer and food producer who currently serves as a Director at Thriving Southland and Headwaters NZ. With a rich background in agriculture, they were previously the Director and Investor at Clearview Dairies PTY from 2014 to 2023 and have held leadership roles, including Independent Chair of the Board Advisory Group at Redvespa Consultants Limited until 2024. Since 2002, Simon has been the owner and Director of Stag Valley Farming and served as Chairman of the New Zealand Farm Environment Trust from 2014 to 2017. They completed their studies at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth in 2002.
