Steve Brown

Steve Brown is Chief Executive Officer at Headwaters and High Health Alliance, managing the Headwaters and Lumina value chain from genetics, farm management and processing to global sales and marketing. They were Chief Executive Officer of Oceania Meat Processors from 2018 to 2025, overseeing processing operations in Timaru, New Zealand and Melbourne, Australia and exporting pet food ingredients worldwide. Previously, Steve held senior commercial and operational roles including National Sales Manager at ANZCO Foods (2016–2018), Branch Operator and Sales Manager at Placemakers (2012–2016), and Regional Sales Manager for the South Island at Carter Holt Harvey Woodproducts (2003–2011).
