Todd Grave

Todd Grave is an experienced director and leader in the food and sportswear industries, currently serving as an Independent Director at Headwaters and as Director at High Health Alliance (Lumina Lamb) since November 2024. As Co-Founder and Director of F2P Group of Companies since September 2007, Todd has been instrumental in developing a high-end sportswear brand with an extensive global distribution network. Previous positions include CEO roles at Meadow Mushrooms and Blue Sky Meats (NZ) Ltd, where significant revenue growth and operational excellence were achieved. Todd's extensive background in global marketing management was shaped during a decade at Fonterra, where leadership spanned multiple brands and geographic markets. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Otago and an Executive Course in Global Strategic Management from Harvard University.
