We provide specialist relief, cognitive rehabilitation, and support to adults who have suffered an acquired brain injury (through accident, trauma and injury).  We also support families and carers and recognise their vital role. 

Our focus is on encouraging service users to be actively engaged in developing their personalised support plans, through a person-centred, rehabilitation and outcomes-based approach. We do this in a safe environment which facilitates personal development, independence and improves self-esteem, with an emphasis on adjusting to life in the community again.

We provide support in Bath and North East Somerset, North and West Wiltshire.

Our services include: 

- a 1-to-1 rehabilitation and support service, using a person-centred and outcomes-based approach to support brain injury survivors to regain independence, thus enabling a better quality of life, reducing social isolation and decline in cognitive functioning; 

- day centre sessions which focus on cognitive rehabilitation-based activities which are carefully planned and tailored to suit the specific groups of clients attending;

- a weekly activity group which is based out and about either doing walks, adapted exercise, or we arrange group visits to places of interest (cafes, museums etc); and 

- carer and family support.

We accept referrals from health and social care professionals, self-referrals and referrals from family members and carers.
