Jon Kinney

Jon Kinney has held various positions in the technology industry since 2002. Jon began their career as a Support Technician for the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, where they specialized in Mac support. In 2006, they moved to Inacom Information Systems as a Software Architect, where they worked with clients to develop web applications and managed the Linux hosting segment. In 2009, Jon joined Avastone Technologies, LLC as a Systems Developer, where they used Ruby on Rails as their web development framework of choice. In 2010, they became a Senior Engineer at Intridea, where they worked with small teams of programmers to create web and mobile applications. In 2012, Jon was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Bolstr, where they helped take the company from an initial application prototype to secure a substantial investment. In 2014, they joined Faster Agile as Chief Architect, specializing in startups and Ruby on Rails. Finally, in 2015, Jon became Partner & CTO at Headway, LLC, where they partnered with startups and companies to craft beautiful software.

Jon Kinney attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems.
