Headway Plymouth is a registered charity based in Plymouth which aims to improves lives after acquired brain injury. 

We support patients and families through an inpatient hospital liaison service and across the discharge process. We provide home and community enablement services and a centre based social hub offering, a range of activities focused on rehabilitation and re-skilling to optimise our client’s prospects of leading independent lives. 

We provide peer group support for a range of clients, families and carers and continuing, advice, signposting, education and awareness sessions to clients, professionals working with ABI survivors and our colleagues in the voluntary, community and charitable sector.
