Cecil K. Brooks

Cecil K. Brooks, Jr. 博思远 is a public servant, entrepreneur, and philosopher currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum and a Senior Campaign Manager at Open Plans, Inc. They also contribute as a Board Member for HEAF, Inc. and hold the position of Executive Committee Member and Treasurer for the China-America Student Conference. Additionally, Cecil is the Co-Chair of the Bronx & Uptown Advocacy Committee for Transportation Alternatives, working to improve livable street conditions for underserved communities. They earned a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College.
