Heal First Coaching empowers women to rebuild after life’s challenges, guiding them to rediscover their worth, inner strength, and the relationships they truly deserve. Founded by Samantha Tishner, a compassionate Relationship and Divorce Coach, Heal First Coaching is dedicated to helping women who feel lost, unworthy, and broken, as they seek healing, peace, and true joy in their lives and relationships.

At Heal First Coaching, we believe that healing starts with loving yourself first. We help women embrace their stories, release the weight of their past, and step into their power with clarity and confidence. Whether navigating divorce, recovering from a difficult relationship, or looking to rebuild after personal loss, our coaching services offer the support, tools, and community to guide you through every step of your journey.

What we offer:

One-on-One Coaching: Tailored sessions focused on healing, self-love, and personal transformation.

Workshops and Group Coaching: Empowering experiences designed to create a supportive community for women on the same path of growth and healing.

Self-Paced Courses: Practical, faith-based tools to support your healing journey at your own pace.

Resources for Healing: Books, journaling prompts, and reflection exercises that help you uncover your inner strength and embrace your future with confidence.

Our approach is rooted in empathy, faith, and practical tools that allow women to reconnect with themselves, redefine their goals, and build healthier relationships. We guide our clients toward self-awareness, self-compassion, and the courage to move forward from a place of love and empowerment.

At Heal First Coaching, we’re not just about healing from the past—we’re about creating a future where you feel seen, valued, and free to live the life you were always meant to live.
