Dmitry Rodin has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2005, they were an Associate Professor and PhD in Economics at the State University of Management (GUU Gosudarstvenny Universitet Upravlenia). In 2008, they became a Brand Manager for Ohota Beer at Heineken. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Brand Manager for Sauza Tequila and White Spirits Portfolio Brand Manager at Maxxium. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Senior Brand Manager for Rimmel London at Coty. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Head of Marketing (Category Running & RIO-2016) at Nike. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Head of Marketing at Simba Dickie Group. From 2017 to 2018, they were the Marketing Director at VGTRK. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Digital Marketing-Manager (Regions EE, CIS, ME) at FOREO. And from 2019 to 2022, they are the CMO at Healbe Corporation. Currently, they are a Health Life Nutrition Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where they help clients shift their behavior towards healthier habits.

Dmitry Rodin began their educational journey in 1998, when they graduated with excellence from the State University of Management (SUM) with a PhD in World Economy. Dmitry then went on to receive a scholarship from the University of Jyväskylä in 2002, where they studied Marketing. In 2003, they completed a PhD and Master in Economics from the State University of Management (SUM), with a focus on World Economy and Marketing. Finally, they received a Doctorship/Doctor of Science from the State University of Management (SUM) in 2014, with a focus on Marketing/Value of Assets.
