We are an inititiative that provides innovative and evidence-based solutions to tackle Mental Health challenges children, adolescents and youth are predisposed to. Our programs are aimed at Prevention and Management of Mental Health issues, as well as promotion of Mental Wellbeing.
We use non-formal approaches in our advocacy and awareness work, with programs and activities targeting: 
1. Children, Adolescents & Youth
2. Persons with Psychosocial Disabilities
3. Caregivers and Guardians
4. Mental Health Professionals

Our programs include;
1.Capacity-building on Mental Health topics including Psychosocial First Aid .
2. Mental Health outreach  programs in schools, workplaces and  organized groups.
3. Online Advocacy through awareness webinars ,informational posts and  social media campaigns.
4. Experiential Activities that promote physical and mental wellbeing including hikes, psychosocial camps, aerobics, swimming, yoga and zumba.
5. Focused group therapy and psychosocial support groups.
6. Professional linking of clients in need of advanced Mental Health services.
7. Curriculum development 
8. Professional development programs for students in the Mental Health field and Mental Health professionals.
