Healing Out Loud’s vision is to empower inner peace, creating safe spaces where grief, mindfulness and mental health are embraced with compassion.
Empowering the black community to heal, grow and live with emotional resilience while breaking the stigma surrounding mental well-being, depression and suicide. Tonia Lott is a mental health advocate, not a licensed therapist. As a first time author of My Beautiful Black Son died by Suicide (found on Amazon), she founded Healing Out Loud and is available to offer her insight and experience with keynote speaking engagements, radio/podcast appearances, mindfulness & meditation guidance, sound bowl ceremonies, and breathwork guidance (certified breathwork practitioner).
