At Healing with Heather, I help clients navigate the complex challenges of:
	•	Addiction and recovery work (substance, behavioral, or emotional dependencies)
	•	Anxiety, overthinking, and emotional dysregulation
	•	Burnout and chronic stress
	•	Depressive symptoms and low motivation
	•	Expat life stressors such as relocation grief, identity shifts, and loneliness
	•	Trauma healing and nervous system regulation woven into all work

My approach is integrative and human-centered—because healing is never one-size-fits-all.
