Welcome to Healing with Wu, where personalized therapy leads to transformation. With a solutions-focused approach grounded in social justice and a person-in-environment perspective, we reject cookie-cutter solutions. Our tailored treatment programs specialize in addressing PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, borderline personality disorder, attachment wounds, and low self-esteem.

Each session is a collaborative journey, drawing from techniques like DBT, CBT, ERP, and trauma-informed psychotherapy. Your unique experiences drive our approach, ensuring therapy not only works but deeply resonates with your journey.

Step into a space where healing is customized, and your well-being is our priority.
