Hi, my name is Sonia, and I'm a mental health therapist, registered social worker, mother, and trauma survivor. My lived experience has deeply shaped my work and inspired me to found Healing Wolf Therapy. I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact of trauma and other mental health challenges, particularly on children and young people, and I believe profoundly that healing emerges from genuine connection and compassion.
