HealingWorks® is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) providing mindset, relationship, and organizational coaching solutions that help high-achieving Black professionals, couples, and organizations move beyond survival mode into sustainable success.

For individuals, we offer Legacy Mindset Coaching as well as the Ease Into Legacy course: empowering professionals and entrepreneurs to break survival patterns, overcome burnout, and align success with authenticity and balance.

For couples, our signature programs (including The Relationship Reset) help partners build lasting, joyful relationships through stronger communication, deeper intimacy, and the unlearning of unhealthy generational patterns.

For organizations, we deliver enterprise-ready wellness and leadership solutions that strengthen retention, reduce burnout, and build resilient, values-driven leaders. From workshops to leadership labs, our programs are tailored to create cultures where diverse talent can thrive and stay.

Led by licensed therapists functioning as expert coaches, HealingWorks® is uniquely positioned at the intersection of cultural responsiveness, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. Our mission is simple: to equip people and organizations with the tools to create legacy, sustainability, and thriving communities.
