Healio is the progressive workforce and leadership development brand created by The School of Positive Psychology, designed to help organisations unlock the full potential of their people’s wellbeing.

We partner with internal changemakers, from team leads to C-level executives, who view culture not as an afterthought, but as a strategic advantage.

Our mission is to grow Relational Intelligence — the combined power of emotional and social intelligence — by cultivating resilience, wellbeing, and purpose across the next generation of individuals, teams, and systems. Through evidence-based programs grounded in positive psychology, we activate awareness so people can lead with clarity, communicate with confidence, and collaborate with trust.

Healio meets organisations exactly where they are, whether nurturing new talent or guiding emerging and experienced leaders through transformation. Our approach integrates personal and professional development with cultural strategy, helping companies shift from burnout to balance, from disconnection to cohesion, and from fear-based stagnation to long-term vitality.

Inspired by Helios, the Greek god of the sun, the name Healio reflects our belief in light, strength, and human flourishing. We are here to energise, elevate, and transform.
