Chris Basil is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at Tenovi and HealNow, where they lead post-sale experiences in SaaS and Fintech environments. They previously held key roles including Director of Customer Success at B12, where they significantly reduced churn and increased customer satisfaction. Chris built the customer success function at andros from the ground up and served as Director of Customer Success at Order, enhancing gross retention within a short time frame. With a BA from Cornell University, Chris began their career as a Corps Member with Teach for America, teaching high school math in New Orleans.
