Caroline Söderström has a range of experience in the field of physiotherapy, spanning multiple companies and roles. Caroline began their career at Aleris AB in 2015, where they worked as a physiotherapist specializing in orthopedic cases, particularly spinal, knee, and hip surgeries. Caroline provided postoperative information, mobilization, and initial rehabilitation. In 2017, they transitioned to working with Hammarby Fotboll as a physiotherapist for two years before joining Fysioterapeuterna as a board member in the Stockholm district from 2016 to 2019. Caroline also worked at Aleris Rehab as a physiotherapist from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they became a project manager for digital healthcare at Healo.
