Stephen Roberts

Stephen Roberts has a diverse work experience in various leadership and strategic roles. Stephen started their career at Mankin Media Systems as a Program and Project Manager, where they implemented project management methodologies for the company. Stephen then moved on to become the Managing Director of Design & Build Services, where they directed project teams and resolved conflicts to achieve client outcomes.

Stephen then joined HCA as a Project Manager, overseeing enterprise projects related to HR, Accounting, and Ethics and Compliance. Stephen also served as a Manager in Strategic Planning and Implementations, where they bridged the gap between finance and IT by designing and implementing financial systems.

Later on, Stephen worked at Lift Advisors as a Principal Consultant, utilizing strategies, analytics, and change management to improve organizational results. Currently, they are working at Healogics, LLC. as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations, leading teams to improve wound care centers and develop new service lines. Stephen has also held roles as the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation, Vice President of Technology Strategy and Delivery, and Director of Information Technology at Healogics, LLC.
