Lara Druyan

Lara Druyan is a Managing Director at Silicon Valley Data Capital, where they focus on seed and early-stage investments in fintech and next-generation enterprise technology. With over 20 years of experience in venture capital, digital transformation, and corporate governance, they previously served as the Head of Innovation at the Royal Bank of Canada, leading the launch of 14 new products that generated significant cost savings. Lara has held various leadership roles, including founding G&B Partners and serving on the boards of multiple organizations, such as CIBC Bancorp US and Healogix. Passionate about closing gender gaps in the industry, they are also active on the Harvard Business School's Global Alumni Board and Astia's Investor Council.
