Health Access MN is a MNsure partner and navigator agency, providing health care outreach and enrollment assistance to individuals accessing health insurance coverage though Minnesota's online marketplace. Health Access MN partners with counties, public libraries, and community organizations to provide services. Services include community outreach, enrollment assistance, as well as technical support to other community organizations invovled in health care enrollment. Our service areas include Ramsey County, and 12 Southeast Minnesota counties.
