Matthew Lowe

Matthew Lowe currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Health Evolution since October 2025. Previously, Matthew held the position of Chief Business Officer at AMCP from March 2019 to September 2025, where responsibilities included defining and executing growth strategies and overseeing operations in various departments. Earlier roles included Vice President of Business Strategies and Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Corporate Services at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization, where Matthew successfully drove revenue and enhanced corporate sponsorship initiatives. Matthew's career also includes experience in business development and sales at companies such as Cutera, FOAA Anesthesia Services, Philips, Eli Lilly and Company, and GE Capital. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
