Health Foundry is where health innovation gets done.

We're a Waterloo workspace for startups building their first product, scale-ups finding their stride, consultants shaping strategy, charities delivering real change, and grassroots organisations making noise where it matters.

Powered by Guy's & St Thomas' Foundation, we keep rates affordable so you can focus on the work that counts: creating solutions, supporting communities, and genuinely improving healthcare.

Our community
Early-stage founders figuring things out over coffee in the garden. Consultants spotting patterns others miss. Charities bridging the gap between policy and practice. Companies scaling up, staying focused on impact. Different expertise, shared purpose, everyone gets the challenge.

Our space
Light floods through our windows onto a workspace that opens to a garden with views across to St Thomas' Hospital. We're minutes from Waterloo Station, surrounded by Lower Marsh's indie cafes and vintage shops, with Archbishop Park perfect for walking meetings when you need fresh perspective. Natural light, breathing room, and the kind of atmosphere where real work happens alongside meaningful connections.

Our model
Every membership and booking keeps our rates affordable for the startups, charities, and grassroots teams in our space. Remove the financial barriers and watch innovation thrive.

What we offer
Meeting rooms that flex to your needs. Hot desks for when you need a change of scene. Flexible memberships that adapt to how you work, including full-time desk options.

This isn't just about hiring a room or grabbing a desk (though we're brilliant at both). It's about joining a community of people who are actually trying to fix healthcare.
