Jenny was born in Mauritius but spent 25 years in South Africa before returning to Mauritius in 2008. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and
Communications from the IMM (SA).
Her entrepreneurial spirit drove her to start her own business ventures :
 She launched two B2B publications, Traders-African Business Journal and The
Healthcare Journal which were distributed in 15 African countries. She also
created a network of key writers and media representatives in this business.
 She was involved in putting together the first official African Union Directory.
 She launched Africa Media Assignments, aimed at strengthening ties between
industry sectors and the media.
Jenny’s focus was on increasing net worth and little time looking after self-worth.
She eventually moved back to Mauritius and was faced with the daunting realization that she had to undergo a major spine surgery due to neglect and denial to look after her health.

During that time the idea of starting a blog came to her, Health2bfree.com was
symbolic for her, as her story was about how to gain personal freedom after
overcoming her health issues.

Jenny is a director of Korten Consulting Limited, a legal and tax consultancy,
director of Adcorp Africa Ltd (a member of SA listed group of companies), and owns a distribution company, JVL Distribution Co Ltd, focusing on the importation of hardware, construction and automotive products in Mauritius.

She found her purpose through EP7 and became a certified EP7 life coach to make a difference in people’s lives. Being in the corporate world, Jenny’s focus is to assist:
 Enhancing management skills to become better leaders
 Business Owners looking for re-inventing skills and optimize their
relationships with their business partners
 Sales teams looking at effective team effort to boost performance
 Helping women in business to find balance between motherhood and their
professional life
