David Williard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and leadership within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Proposal Director at HealthEdge, David previously held similar positions at Zelis Healthcare and Molina Healthcare Inc., where management of multi-billion dollar proposals was a key responsibility. With a strong background in operations and project management, gained through roles at Aldera, TriZetto, ZOLL, and Motorola, David has developed a robust skill set in coordinating teams and enhancing proposal quality to achieve high win rates. Additionally, as the owner of Cameron Music, David has a long history of teaching piano, coupled with a passion for live music performance. David holds a B.A. in English from Davidson College and a Master's in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Project Management from Colorado State University.
