Michael Rykowski

Michael Rykowski is a seasoned professional in the field of information security and engineering, currently serving as Senior Manager Security Engineering and Senior Security Architect at HealthEquity since October 2016, where Michael collaborates with software developers to enhance web application security. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of InfoSec and Application Security Architect at PwC from August 2011 to October 2016, leading various cybersecurity projects and mentoring junior team members. Michael's career also encompasses work as a Business Intelligence Developer at ACS, where administration of a SaaS BI reporting tool was key, and as a Systems and Process Assurance Intern at PwC, which provided exposure to technical controls across multiple clients. Michael holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from Brigham Young University, earned between 2004 and 2011.
