Tanya Cornforth

Tanya Cornforth is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in client education and training within the benefits administration sector. Currently serving as a Senior Facilitator at HealthEquity since May 2020, Tanya specializes in creating and delivering training materials on products and processes while also facilitating soft skill training to enhance service quality. Prior to HealthEquity, Tanya worked at WageWorks as a Staff Trainer, where responsibilities included crafting training materials and peer leadership. Tanya's earlier roles at Choice Strategies, a division of WageWorks, encompassed managing client relationships for major accounts and smaller businesses, with a strong focus on ensuring customer satisfaction with benefits plans.
