Peter Hulbert

Peter Hulbert, CIPP/US, is currently serving as Corporate Counsel at HealthEZ since 2024. They have previously held positions in Regulatory and Government Affairs at Xcel Energy and in Regulatory and Compliance at UnitedHealth Group. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel and Legal Counsel at Delta Dental of Minnesota, as well as working within the Consumer Protection Division at the Attorney General of Washington. Peter also served as a Contract Attorney for Allianz Life Insurance. Peter has been pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Gonzaga University, a Juris Doctor at Seattle University School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration at the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University.
