John Denson has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. John started their career with Stewart Staffing Solutions & Recruitment Group as an IT Helpdesk/Technical Lead on a contract basis from March 2008 to April 2009.

John then joined BConnected Technologies as an Information Technology Operations Manager in December 2009 and worked until August 2013. In this role, they managed software system deployment projects, led a helpdesk supporting over 1000 end-users, and mentored staff to improve closure rates.

After that, John worked at PM Realty Group as an Information Technology System Network Administrator from August 2013 to April 2016. John spearheaded network upgrade projects, administered LAN/WAN activity, and established LAN/WAN integrity and administration practices.

Following their time at PM Realty Group, John joined HealthHelp in April 2016 as a Sr. Engineer - IT in the Vertical Support IT department. John successfully directed major rollouts of new technologies, maintained perfect compliance ratings on networking infrastructure, and established security policies and procedures.

John's role at HealthHelp evolved, and they became the Deputy Manager - IT in July 2018. In this position, they managed day-to-day technical operations and staff functions for the Infrastructure team, as well as directed operational and strategic planning.

Most recently, John has held the role of Group Information Technology Manager at HealthHelp since April 2021.

John Denson has a strong educational background in the field of Information Technology and Engineering. John obtained a diploma in Engineering from HSEP, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering at Drexel University and graduated in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, John has acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. John obtained certifications such as "Managing Up Virtually as an Employee" and "Understanding the Impact of Deepfake Videos" from LinkedIn in March 2021. John also holds certifications from Microsoft, including "MS: Windows 7, Enterprise Desktop Support Technician" obtained in December 2015, "MCSA: Windows Server 2012" obtained twice in April 2013, "MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7" obtained in May 2011, and "MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration" obtained in March 2011. Furthermore, they obtained the "Palo Alto Networks ACE" certification from Palo Alto Networks in February 2016 and the "Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 4: Certified Professional" certification from Fortinet in February 2021.
