Maree Carolan

Maree Carolan has extensive experience in health information management, with a career spanning over three decades. Maree began as a Medical Record Administrator at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and progressed through various roles including Deputy Medical Record Administrator at Prince of Wales Hospital and Medical Record Manager at Dubbo Base Hospital. Following this, Maree held positions such as Regional Medical Information Systems Advisor and Area Health Information Manager at MACQUARIE AREA HEALTH SERVICE. From 2010 to 2015, Maree worked as Clinical Information Manager for the Clinical Governance Unit at Western NSW Local Health District, and later served as Performance Analyst for Northern Sydney Local Health District. Currently, Maree is the State Health Information Manager for NSW/ACT at Healthscope, and previously held the role of eMR Business Analyst at Greater Western Area Health Service. Maree obtained an Associate Diploma in Medical Record Administration from Cumberland College of Health Sciences.
