Ryan Hon

Ryan Hon is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in physiotherapy, project management, and academic roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at Safer Care Victoria, Ryan supports the Victorian Perioperative Consultative Council in monitoring surgical outcomes and analyzing data for improvements. As an Improvement Advisor in a sponsored program with IHI, Ryan coaches healthcare project leads on effective change implementations. Concurrently, Ryan holds various positions at La Trobe University as a Sessional Tutor and Honorary Adjunct Research Officer, and contributes as an Allied Health Advisor at Healthy Male.
