Currently employed at HealthSpan Integrated Care/HealthSpan Physicians since October 2013, Jennifer has developed a strong expertise in insurance, particularly in non-HMO plans, during the transition from Kaiser Permanente. Prior to this role, Jennifer spent 25 years at Kaiser Permanente as a Pharmacy Business and Performance Analyst, highlighting a deep understanding of report writing and analysis crucial for operations and administration.
