Steve Wright

Steve Wright is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations and Delivery for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions. In this role, Steve is responsible for helping HealthTrust's healthcare clients across the United States effectively manage the business side of healthcare. This includes recruiting, engaging and retaining a high-performance team; mapping out strategic approaches to achieve financial and operational goals; improving processes and systems to enhance productivity; and leveraging workforce technology to deliver enhanced patient outcomes.

Prior to joining HealthTrust, Steve served as Managing Director for 4Growth Consulting. In this role, Steve helped a variety of businesses across different industries improve their operations and grow their businesses. Steve also has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, having served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development and Vice President of Operations for Maxim Healthcare Services. In these roles, Steve was responsible for overseeing the creation and development of Maxim's Innovation and Strategy Team, evaluating new business opportunities, setting strategic priorities, and instituting company objectives to create financial growth targets and revenue-enhancing initiatives. Steve also led operations for over 400 branch locations, 4,000 internal employees, and tens of thousands of external/caregiver staff members.
