After only five years, Healthwatch Medical Centers was sold to HCA, the largest hospital operator in the US.

Healthwatch has excellent relationships with purchasers of medical practices which results in superior financial results for its providers. Connecting their clients with buyers that respect their staff and patients is key to this process. 

Over the years, HWP has managed sales of numerous healthcare businesses to large well-funded buyers including HCA, Headlands Research, Mednax, NCMIC, Velocity, and ERG.
